Anyone with a little time to spare who is considering volunteering is being urged to think about helping NIDAS deliver its bespoke services to local families affected by domestic abuse.

The Mansfield-based charity has opportunities for people to work alongside its Family Intervention Team, Court Team and Children and Young Persons Team.

There are also administrative, marketing and fundraising roles.

NIDAS supports families in Mansfield and Ashfield and said volunteering gave people the chance to gain new knowledge and experience, learn new skills, boost their confidence, improve their CV and meet different people.
