The Old Schoolroom at Edingley is hosting the village’s first Apple Pressing Day on Saturday, 11th October, from 10am till late.

People are invited to take part or watch the process. Apples and juice will be available to buy. Refreshments will include pulled-pork cobs with apple sauce and stuffing, apple pie and custard, toffee apples, tea, coffee and apple juice.

People can take their apples (non-bruised for juice or windfalls for cider), and a press if they would like to join in.
