A Sutton opticians celebrated a triple award success with a tea party in store and gift vouchers for team members.

Specsavers, Idlewells Shopping Centre, attained the Investor in People (IIP) gold award, finished first in the region for a mystery shop and secured Health and Safety platinum 3 status. It has held an IIP award since 2003.

Nigel Davidson, store director, said: “These are three fantastic achievements for the store.

“They highlight the importance that we place on investing in our people, supporting and encouraging them to aim high.

“Each of the 56 team members were given a £20 gift voucher as a reward and we enjoyed celebrating with a well-deserved spread of cakes and cookies.”
