Portland College hospitality manager Rachael Hensleigh is taking on the Tough Mudder challenge to raise money for The Brain Tumour Charity.

She is tackling the course of more than 10 obstacles at Skipton, on 1st August.

Rachael has been inspired to run by her friend Lee, who in 2008 was diagnosed with a rare type of brain tumour that will eventually make him blind in his right eye.

Money raised will help the charity continue its research.
