Fundraisers Margaret Howlett and Di Milner have continued their support for Fountaindale Special School.

The duo presented the specialist SEN school with £2,000 raised through sales from their George’s Army fundraising stall in 2019.

The money will go towards the anticipated completion of an outdoor play area for the school’s pupils.

Dia and Margaret said: “Thanks go to ROMO, Mansfield Marquees, Crystal knitwear and Tiny Tots for their continued support of donated materials.

“A big thank you also to a group of very supportive friends.”

The pair also raised more than £500 towards the £550,000 King’s Mill Hospital Gamma Scanner Appeal in Sutton.
