The Miss Mansfield organisation has run its first event for teenage girls aged 13 to 16.
Miss Mansfield Outstanding Teen is designed to create a young ambassador for the town.
The first winner was Ellie Rose Walker (centre), who wowed the judges with a lyrical dance routine at Rainworth Village Hall.
First runner-up was 16-year-old Anna Broadhead, (left), who gave a fine vocal performance. Second runner-up Layla Allsop (13) did a street dance routine.
Ohio’s Outstanding Teen Rosie Westerbeck flew in from the USA for the event with her mother, Karen.
The evening was directed by Alice Kurylo, with lighting and music by Stewart Nicholson and further help from volunteers and helpers.
Reigning Miss Mansfield, Jessica Boot, was a member of the judging panel.
Miss Mansfield sponsors Acorn Signs, Ultimate Print, Mansfield Rotary Club, Sister Cities, All Occasions Photography, The Mint Indian, Sign Power, Mansfield 103.2 and Chad all backed the event.
