A new directory has been launched to showcase sporting activities across Mansfield, Ashfield and Sherwood this summer — and make people more aware of local sports clubs.

The Armchair Club, a group of business people who raise funds to help local sport, is working with School Games organiser Nicola Biggs on the project.

The Armchair Club Summer of Sports Directory webpage — www.armchairclub.org/summer-of-sports — aims to promote sporting events being run by clubs and organisations, including summer open days, have-a-go events, and holiday activities linked with clubs.
