Simple Marketing Consultancy, which provides outsourced marketing services to family and owner-managed businesses across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire, has celebrated its 10th anniversary.

Founded by Bev Cook, in 2016 the business became a family enterprise when her son, Elliot, joined as an account director.

Year on year the company has achieved sustained growth and currently has 14 clients on regular monthly retainers in a wide range of business to business sectors, including manufacturing, engineering, printing, construction, ecology, fire and security and professional services.

Among its notable achievements is helping many clients win prestigious industry trade awards and maximising new business marketing opportunities from key events such as company rebrands, milestone anniversaries, new websites and moving to new premises.

Founder and managing director Bev said “Having spent over 25 years marketing professional services firms, taking the step into self-employment 10 years ago, ironically in the midst of a recession, was one of the best decisions I ever made.

Most of our work is won through word of mouth recommendation, which is also testament to our highly regarded reputation with key referrers from banks and accounting firms.”
