Queen Elizabeth’s Academy in Mansfield is again throwing open its doors to the community over Christmas.

The school is hosting a Boxing Day Brunch, from 11am to 2pm, which is open to the whole community.

The academy said: “Nobody should be alone or hungry at Christmas so please spread the word and join us here at the academy on Boxing Day.”

There would be free food and festive entertainment and a gift for all children.
