Schoolgirl has hair cut to help two charities

Posted onPosted on 27th Jul

A Mansfield youngster has had her long hair cut to help raise vital funds for the Mansfield and District MS Group.

Alicia Moss-Burton’s grandmother lives with Multiple Sclerosis, and has been an active member of the Mansfield and District MS Group for many years.

The charity provides support for local people living with MS, their families and carers.

Alicia, 11, donated her hair to the Little Princess Trust, which provides free real hair wigs to young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or other conditions. Four years ago she also had her hair cut to help the charity.

She added: “Please help us continue to support those affected by MS, particularly during these difficult times – any donations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your support!”
