An annual summer celebration at Reach Mansfield was all about the 1980s.
The centre is one of five Reach runs in Nottinghamshire, supporting more than 250 people with learning disabilities through fun, engaging, and developmental activities.
Its singing, dancing, and performing arts group came together to wow the audience with renditions of 80s chart-topping classics, choreographed energetic dances, and a trip down memory lane featuring performances of favourite vintage television commercials.
Stewart Rickersey, whose daughter, Katie, took to the stage, said: “Regardless of the varying levels of need of the clients, when they get up on that stage it all just comes together and everything is seamless — truly amazing!”
