Mansfield shoppers have been reminded there are times in the run-up to Christmas when they can park free in the town centre.

The Four Seasons Shopping Centre offers free customer parking every Sunday at the multi-storey car park and from 5pm to 8pm on Thursday 15 and 22 December.

From Monday 19 December to Friday 23 December, the shopping centre multi-storey has free parking for customers every night from 5pm to 8pm as shops stay open until 8pm.

In addition, all year there is half-an-hour free parking in the council’s surface car parks and one hour free at the Civic Centre.

Shoppers can also get three hours for the price of two hours at both the Four Seasons and Walkden Street multi-storey car parks.
