There was a good turnout to watch the large parade of musicians, Royal British Legion veterans, councillors, Scouts, Guides, Army cadets, and members of the community who took part in the Remembrance parade in Forest Town.
People and children marched from Forest Town Arena around the village to St Alban’s Church, where a two-minutes’ silence was held at the cenotaph and wreaths were laid. This was followed by a service in the church.
