The Old Meeting House Unitarian Chapel in Mansfield says everyone is welcome to their December events and services.

These include:

Saturday 9th — Coffee Morning, from 10am, and Poetry Group meeting, from 11am. Open to all, share your favourite Christmas poem or short piece of prose.

Sunday 17th — Fun Family Service with two Nativity plays. At 10.30am, Hungarian children from the chapel’s Stay and Play group, together with their older siblings, will present in Hungarian The Christmas Of The Tramps. At 11am, an ad-hoc Nativity in English, where everyone is welcome to dress as their favourite character and take part. Santa Claus is expected to make a visit.

Sunday 24th — Traditional Carol Service, at 4pm, shared songs, with organist Andrew Marples.

Monday 25th — Short Christmas Day Service, at 10am, followed by a Hungarian Christmas Service at 11am.
