Family-owned Mansfield business Pellacraft, a gifts and promotional merchandise supplier, has appointed two new sales administrators following another successful year.
Lauren Wright (21), of Sutton, and Louise Henshaw (23), of Leabrooks, have joined the 30-year-old business to help manage key accounts.
Prior to joining Pellacraft, Lauren (left) studied at Ashfield School and West Nottinghamshire College. She also spent the summer of 2013 in Mallorca, where she met famous musicians while working at nightclubs BCM and Mallorca Rocks.
She initially qualified as a hairdresser but wanted a change career and become more involved in sales.
Lauren said: “I enjoy working with customers and going that extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service.”
Pellacraft has a turnover of £3m and has steadily built its reputation based on service quality and the ethical sourcing of business gifts and promotional merchandise, which has helped win long-standing contracts to supply major employers such as Nandos, Aggregate Industries, E.On and British Gas.
