Pacha Lounge, a cocktail bar and restaurant that prides itself on creating quality food and drink from fresh ingredients bought each day, has opened in Mansfield.
Head chef Raimundas Lukas, who likes to be known as Ray, has worked at The Dorchester in London.
“My training and experience has taught me that there is no substitute for fresh ingredients and freshly-prepared food,” he said.
“We have created a simple menu, but one we hope you will enjoy and appreciate, whether it’s our sharing platters, quality mains or fantastic desserts.”
General manager Daniel Millar said: “With a selection of over 50 gins, vodkas, whiskeys and rums, as well as fine wines and beers from around the world, we hope you will remember the experience long after your visit and, of course, keep coming back. We have all the ingredients to make a top-quality experience.”
Pacha Lounge is at 1 Market Place, Mansfield, and is open from noon each day until 12.30am, Sunday to Thursday, and 1.30am on Fridays and Saturdays.
