A former operations director of business networking group Mansfield and Ashfield 2020, Caroline Cox, has officially launched her own marketing and business development company, Caroline Cox Marketing Innovation.

Based in Sutton, the company aims to help people do more business. It has been primarily established to support local SMEs’ growth plans, manage marketing, identify business development opportunities and streamline operations.

She said: “It has been a vision of mine for a long time to combine my years of experience in various different environments, sectors and most recently supporting the local business community growth, development and strategic directions.

“I’ve identified the need for businesses to have a support layer within the business that manages marketing, business development and operations.

“Having built a diverse network, I bring along dynamic and innovative ways to do business within the marketing toolkit and help businesses to work on their business, instead of working within the business.

“I have turned my passion for bringing businesses and people together into a marketing toolkit that provides marketing techniques, networking platforms, insightful business analytics, and takes a realistic approach with actions that give sustainable results and a clear path to reach business goals.”

Caroline, who has been involved with the award-winning Career Champions scheme, is well known in the business community and has supported hundreds of businesses with her marketing and operations skills.

She added: “I’ve become indirectly embedded within local businesses over the years and I’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly — and I take away from that the learnings from the phenomenal business leaders we have in the area.”
