Mansfield paracanoe star and Paralympic gold medal winner Charlotte Henshaw claimed two gold medals at the Canoe Sprint and Paracanoe World Championships in Copenhagen – just a couple of weeks after her triumph in Tokyo.

Charlotte won the KL2 and VL3 gold medals in Copenhagen after her KL2 gold at the Paralympics.

“It’s been a whirlwind fortnight and I think if had you told me in 2017 when I first sat in a kayak that over these two weeks that I would be a Paralympic champion and double world champion I probably wouldn’t have believed you,” she said.
