Wild Things has received £473.37 from The Mansfield Building Society’s Community Support Scheme. Wild Things is a voluntary managed, not-for-profit co-operative providing environmental learning adventures, Forest School programmes and co-operative challenges at Bestwood Country Park.

Nick Robson, of Wild Things, said: “We would like to thank The Mansfield for providing these funds which has allowed us to purchase various equipment to enhance the safety, wellbeing and experience of the children participating in our activities.”

The Mansfield’s chief executive, Gev Lynott, pictured with Kath Andrew and Kat Gillen, of Wild Things, said: “The Mansfield is delighted to help an organisation that provides young people with positive and life enhancing experiences they would not otherwise have access to. It was a pleasure visiting Bestwood Country Park and seeing the difference the equipment will make.”
