Following the death of Her Majesty the Queen, the Kirkby Leisure Centre open day and Celebration Weekend has been postponed.

Everyone Active and Ashfield District Council said in a joint statement: “Following the sad passing of Her Majesty The Queen, Everyone Active and Ashfield District Council have made the decision to postpone the Celebration Weekend at Kirkby Leisure Centre, which had been due to take place on Saturday and Sunday, September 17-18. A new date will be announced in due course.”
