The John Eastwood Hospice, Sutton, is hosting an Evening Of Women’s Wellness on Thursday, 16th March, from 5pm to 8pm.

There will be group sessions for guided meditation, sound therapy and mental health wellness.

Fifteen-minute taster sessions will cover Indian head massage, reflexology, Reiki, shoulder/neck massages, and nail treatments.

There will also be the chance to learn a daily stretch routine, hair colour and style consultations, make-up tutorials, life coaching, breast care advice, and more.
