A fundraising health and wellbeing open day is being held to help people find out how they could become healthier and fitter during 2016.
WeightWatchers leader Wray Annable is hosting the event at Redfern Travel, The Sidings, Mansfield Woodhouse, on Saturday 9th January, from 11am to 2pm.
There will be free blood pressure, weight and BMI checks, as well as free exercise advice, cookery demonstrations and advice from skincare and makeover specialists from Clarins.
The event will also be raising money for the Sir John Eastwood Hospice.
Wray said: “The WeightWatchers Mansfield Centre has recently relocated to Redfern Travel, which has dedicated facilities for us to use.
“Generally, we want people to come to the open day and find out more about how they could become fitter and healthier. We want people going home feeling happier and more confident that they can achieve their goals.”
WeightWatchers recently launched its SMART points system, encouraging people to not only eat more healthily, but also to get more exercise and be more confident and positive in all aspects of their life.
