A Mansfield-based rock and roll band are staging a charity gig to raise money for a cancer charity.

Tight 5 — Mark Turton, Richard Hawksley, Laura Britton, Greg Fritchley and Karl Wass — will be performing at the Brown Cow, Mansfield, on 12th November, from 6pm.

The concert, which also celebrates the pub’s third birthday, is supporting Macmillan Cancer Support. It will also feature Richard ‘Stan’ Hallam, Evie and Orla and King Of Rome.

Earlier this year Tight 5 guitarist Mark Turton was diagnosed with germ cell cancer and the band decided to help the cause.
