A damp and misty morning did not deter hundreds of Forest Town people from turning out for the annual Remembrance Parade and Service at St Alban’s Church.

There were more people of all ages than ever taking part, both following the parade and lining the streets.

There was a short service with two minutes’ silence and the laying of wreaths at the cenotaph, followed by a service inside the church.
