Lawn Park and The Sycamore & Poplars care homes will be holding community coffee mornings to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and are inviting people in their local communities to come along.

Lawn Park Care Home’s event in Sutton will be held on 26th September at 10am and The Sycamore & Poplars Care Home’s event in Warsop is on 28th September at 10.15am.

Chef Wayne Woolman has been helping residents practice and perfect their bakes planned for the event and members of the local community are invited to join residents and the team at the homes for a cup of tea and a chat – and to enjoy a selection of cakes and treats.
