Christmas is coming to Ashfield with three events planned to celebrate the start of the festive season.
Sutton, Kirkby and Hucknall will all host special events, concluding with the switching on of lights in the respective town centres at 7pm, including 3D feature lights.
There will be carols, entertainment on a stage, Christmas markets, and hot food and drinks to get everyone in the festive spirit.
Coun Chris Huskinson, executive lead member for Leisure, Health and Wellbeing at Ashfield District Council, said “Our Christmas events are always the most popular fixture for residents and we are pleased to bring them back with a bang.
“We can’t wait to see everyone enjoying themselves, and our town centres filled with a buzz of excitement.”
