Sutton Melody, a 45-strong choir of mixed voices, starts rehearsing again in September — and always welcomes new members.

The choir said it is particularly looking for additional tenors and basses as it prepares for its Christmas concert at St John’s Methodist Church, Sutton, on Saturday, 14th December, at 2pm.

The choir rehearses on Mondays at the church on Titchfield Avenue, from 7pm to 9pm.

Anyone interested in joining should go to one of the weekly sessions, which resume on Monday, 2nd September.
