Sita Singh Tunstall entered her final month as president of Kirkby Inner Wheel by making donations to the charities she chose to support throughout the year.

Sita and a few of her fellow members visited NSPCC HQ (below), handed over a cheque for £1,400, and enjoyed hearing how the money would be used.

The president then invited Carl Williams, community manager for SENSE, to attend a lunch party at her home (top), along with many club members.

Carl was presented with a similar donation of £1,400 to support its work helping those living with complex disabilities, such as being deaf and blind.
