Experienced account manager Jenny McBride has joined ecommerce website and on-line marketing specialists Purpose Media, doubling the size of their team to twenty in just 18 months.

With 11 years of business development and marketing experience, Jenny has re-located to Derby from Brighton where she has been working in several on-line marketing roles. Her most recent position involved the winning and development of key accounts for HolidayTaxis.com which specialises in arranging airport to hotel taxi transfers. Her key accounts included: British Airways, easyJet, Monarch Airlines, ebookers, the AA and eTraveli and big wins were Worldhotels.com, Momondo.com, jet2.com and IcelandExpress.com

Prior to that, as Business Development Manager at Frommer’s Unlimited.

Her major successes included CNN, Small Luxury Hotels of the World, Travelzoo, Rocco Forte Collection, Laterooms, Gatwick Airport, Education First, and Citizen M Hotels.

Outside of work Jenny has a number of hobbies and interests including football, going to independent theatres and cinemas like Derby Quad and can often be found drinking speciality coffee.

She is a massive Derby County fan. Her dad first took her to stand on the pop side of the Baseball Ground when she was 7 years old. As a mascot aged 11 she has scored past Peter Shilton and has been hooked ever since. She also played for Derby County Ladies and can do around a hundred keepy-uppies.
