The Brunts Charity, founded in Mansfield more than 300 years ago, wants to make people aware that it provides subsidised housing for the over 60s in the town and surrounding area.

It has 153 properties designed for older people and provides small one-off grants to anyone locally who is in financial hardship or personal difficulty.

The charity works with other local charities to support work with dementia sufferers and people with life-threatening illnesses.
