Blidworth Colliery Welfare Cricket Club has received £500 from The Mansfield Building Society’s Community Support Scheme. Christopher Gent, of the club, said: “We hank The Mansfield for these funds, which we have put towards purchasing a new bowling machine.”

The Mansfield’s commercial development executive, Richard Crisp, pictured with Mr Gent, said: “The Mansfield is pleased to help a group that supports young people from Blidworth, Rainworth and surrounding areas by providing sporting facilities in a safe, social environment.”
