The Amazon fulfilment centre in Sutton has supported four primary schools through a donation of hundreds of books.

Among them were Crescent Primary, Mansfield; Dalestorth Primary and Nursery, Sutton; and Tibshelf Infant and Junior.

Craig Robertson, of Dalestorth, said: “We are grateful to receive this kind donation and the pupils will make great use of the books.”

Vivek Khanka, general manager at Amazon in Sutton, added: “It’s great to have the opportunity to encourage children to read and make a contribution to their educational resources.”
