Ben Bradley MP shares useful websites for Coronavirus queries

Mansfield MP Ben Bradley is encouraging his constituents to access key information about coronavirus by checking online.

In particular he highlighted the following websites:

https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus

This website is a one stop shop for everything coronavirus related. It covers the following:

•How to protect yourself and others
•Employment and financial support
•School closures, education and childcare
•Business and other organisations
•Healthcare workers and carers
•Travel
•How coronavirus is affecting public services
•How you can help

https://www.businesssupport.gov.uk

This website helps you find the right support, advice and information to help with the impact of coronavirus on your business.

https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19

This website contains health advice, including:
•Staying at home if you have coronavirus symptoms
•How long to stay at home
•How to avoid catching and spreading coronavirus (social distancing)
•Advice for people at high risk
•How coronavirus is spread
•Travel advice
•Treatment for coronavirus

The MP said: “I hope that everyone across Mansfield and Warsop will have a look at these websites before calling authorities, so that local services can concentrate on helping the most vulnerable.

“The websites are full of useful advice and answer a huge range of queries, whether you have health concerns, need financial support or further information on what you can and can’t do whilst social distancing.

“This is an incredibly tough and uncertain time for everyone, but we can all do our bit to help. The gov.uk websites answer most questions and they contain the most up-to-date information there is. Of course, if you cannot find what you’re looking for, then do get in touch with authorities.”
