The Amazon Breast Cancer Support Group’s December open meeting was a Christmas get-together in the Amazon Lounge in King’s Mill Hospital’s breast care unit.

Many established Amazons were there for the monthly support meeting and it was great for the group to meet first-time Amazons, to chat and laugh.

Keira Parker and Kayme Freeman-Macro donated £500 to the charity, which was followed by further donations from Pauline and Barry Judson, Arlene and Don Bradbury, Maria, and other friends of the Amazons.

A total of £820 was donated on the night and will be used to benefit breast cancer patients at the Sutton hospital.

The Amazons thanked the donors and all their other supporters for their much-appreciated hard work and generosity in 2024.
