An award-winning Mansfield company that has been working with celebrities and a hit television show has launched a showroom of its sequin walls in Mansfield.
All Things Decor Ltd gave the public a chance to look at variety of designs at its Maun Close base.
The company is the sole distributor of SolaAir Sequin Walls in the UK.
Using innovative reflective technology, All Things Decor said the sequin panels provide the perfect solution for those looking to create a show-stopping feature for their clients or guests.
Founder and chief executive Datsa Gaile, pictured centre left at the opening, said: “Our clients are looking for impact and creative innovation, which is what we give them.
Among the celebrities who have endorsed their work are television and reality star Gemma Collins, whose swimming pool is covered in sequins, and Amanda Holden, who had a sequin wall installed in her Britain’s Got Talent dressing room.
Recent projects include the Miss England final stage, where a four-metre sequin England flag was erected above the main stage, and television’s Strictly Come Dancing.
Datsa came to the UK from Latvia in 2004 to seek a better life for herself and her two sons, who joined her two years later.
Her initial investment of £1.50, when she created a ‘light up bow’ box, has turned into a six-figure business and her Facebook/Instagram followers have increased tenfold.
This month Datsa is contesting the most inspirational category at the National Business Women’s Awards.
