Warsop Inner Wheel Club international service organiser Christine Fretwell held a charity fundraiser at the home of member Ruth Ullyot.
The event was attended by more than 50 members, friends and family.
Stalls included bric-a-brac, books, fashions, soft furnishings, greeting cards and traditional home bakes and cakes.
Members ran a café-style service for refreshments and cakes.
A total of £700 was raised for the club’s international charities — School in a Bag, which fills bags with stationery, learning resources and eating utensils for poor pupils; their Gambia school appeal; and to buy nappies for the knit and natter group’s baby bundles.
At the knit and natter evening, 15 members put together squares for knitted blankets, fashion jewellery and toiletries for joy bags and baby bundles, which will be sent via Nottinghamshire police aid convoys to less fortunate women and children worldwide.
