Finalists from the Miss Mansfield Outstanding Teen competition showcased their talents to Cornwater Club members at Ravens Lodge, Ravenshead.

Ellie Rose Walker, Anna Broadhead, Aston Harkness and Olivia Whittaker presented a programme that included modern dance, Irish dancing and a number of songs from well-known greats.

The director of the competition, Alice Kurylo, presented a cheque for £250 to members from money raised through a raffle held on the night of the final.

The club offers support and club activities for the elderly

Cornwater Club spokesperson Melissa Blythe said: “We are grateful for the support we have received from the organisers of the Miss Mansfield Outstanding Teen competition.

“The event in April was a great success and it was wonderful to have the opportunity to bring the show to our members, many of whom were unable to attend the final.”
