Local dispensing optician Pete Herniman accepted a Career Champions Award on behalf of Pinders optometrists at the Mansfield 2020 Business Awards.

The prestigious event, held at the John Fretwell Sporting Complex, Sookholme, was attended by 275 people to recognize and applaud local business excellence.

This award recognised Pete’s hard work and commitment to inspiring students at many Nottinghamshire schools to achieve success in their future careers, whilst also providing information about the optical profession.

Pete now works at the Rufford Avenue branch in Mansfield after a successful 18 months with Pinders in Southwell.
