For the first time in more than a decade, Ashfield Show is returning.

It will take place over three days in August at Sutton Lawn — Friday 9th, Saturday 10th, and Sunday 11th.

Organisers Ashfield District Council said the show would be crammed full of activities, performances, and entertainment for the whole family.

All three days will feature a huge funfair, street food, three bars, and a market village.

Coun Jason Zadrozny, council leader, said: “We are back with an even bigger events calendar for 2024.

“With the return of Ashfield Show as our headline event, this summer is set to be the best yet.

“We have a proven track record of delivering fantastic free family events and we can’t wait to see everyone out enjoying themselves on our beautiful parks and town centres.”
