Mansfield Museum curator Jodie Henshaw was invited by The King to attend a garden party in Buckingham Palace as part of a celebration of British arts, cultural, and creative industries.
Jodie was chosen for her leadership in the creative industries and the invitation recognised her achievements in the areas of socially-engaged practice, community development, and collections care.
It was a good opportunity to put Mansfield on the map and showcase some of the exhibitions and works the museum currently has on offer, including A World Of Birds and Football: The Beautiful Game.
Jodie is pictured with museum education manager Chris Neil, who also attended the garden party.
