Local businesses are being invited to find out more about apprenticeships schemes run through Nottingham Trent University (NTU) as part of the Enterprising Ashfield project.
The business networking lunch at the end of May at the Mour Hotel, Annesley, will also highlight further opportunities through Enterprising Ashfield.
Digital apprenticeships in marketing, data science, and tech solutions can make a difference to businesses.
During the event the university will help businesses to understand how its degree apprenticeships within digital technologies can fast-track business development and growth.
There will be an opportunity to hear first-hand from a local business that has taken on an apprentice from NTU, and also a chance to ask questions of other businesses and the NTU Apprenticeships team during a panel discussion.
There will also be time for networking, with lunch and refreshments provided. Places are limited so booking is essential, click here for more information and to book.
During the event representatives from the Enterprising Ashfield project will be on hand to discuss other ways it can support business.
The project helps businesses in and around the Kirkby and Sutton areas to innovate and grow. The project is delivered by NTU, in partnership with Ashfield District Council, and is part-funded by the Government’s Town Fund.
