The Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Centre at King’s Mill Hospital, Sutton. now offers more information and support thanks to a £50,000 refurbishment.

The work, supported by Macmillan Cancer Support and Sherwood Forest Hospitals charitable funds, has created a dedicated space in the main entrance of the hospital.

Andrea Murphy, service lead at the trust, said: “Already we are seeing an increase in patients visiting us. We can now offer patients more privacy and a more visible and accessible service.”
