People have been urged to take part in the Mansfield Moonlight and Memories Walk on 6th June in aid of two hospices — the John Eastwood Hospice, Sutton, and the Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People, Loughborough.
The 3.7-mile sponsored walk starts and finishes at Mansfield Town Football Club and will run from 10pm until midnight.
Walkers can wear pyjamas or onesies if they wish.

Other fundraising events the children’s hospice is asking people to take part in include the Desford and Belvoir triathlons, Nottingham Rainbow Colour Run, Nottingham Dragon Boat Challenge and East Midlands Skydive.
More extreme events include the Snowdon Multi-Activity Challenge, Yorkshire Five Activities Challenge, cycling off the beaten track in India, the Three Peaks Challenge and climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.
