A networking group formed by two local business owners who found the usual corporate-style events didn’t suit their business or personality is holding an event in March.

Rebel Networking has decided to do networking differently and remove agendas, dress codes, and sales introductions, basing their events on getting to know the business owners as individuals.

The group aims to “bring small business owners together and support each other to grow and develop”.

Social Little Bird is hosting a social media training course for small business owners at the village hall on Friday, 22nd March, from 9.30am to 12.30pm.

The course is for anyone wanting to learn the basics of social media for business, wanting to start using social media for their business, and anyone wanting to increase their confidence in using social media for business.
