Heanor Musical Theatre Company is bringing The Addams Family musical; a hilarious spooky tale for all the family, to Mansfield’s Palace Theatre.

Wednesday Addams, the crossbow wielding ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family – a man her parents have never met.

And, if that wasn’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father, begging him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before and keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything changes for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s ‘normal’ boyfriend, Lucas, and his parents, Mal and Alice Beineke.

Young Pugsley goes on the rampage; the ghosts of the Addams ancestors are trapped in the world of the living; Grandma gets even crazier and Uncle Fester catches the love bug. The only person calm amongst the mayhem is Lurch, the zombie butler!
