One Night In Dublin, a feelgood Irish music tribute show, is heading to Mansfield Palace Theatre on Wednesday, 13 September.
Performed live by The Wild Murphys, a seven-piece band with fiddle, banjo, and accordion – and more than a little bit of craic – the show features favourites from The Pogues, The Dubliners, Van Morrison, Daniel O’Donnell, The Fureys and other Irish artists.
The band is headed by lead singer Middi Murphy, who comes armed with blarney, banter and an accordion, alongside, Trevor Brewis (Jimmy Nail) on drums, Tony Davis (Prelude) on keys, the BBC award-winning fiddle player Sophy Ball.
In their own inimitable style, they’ll be celebrating all your favourite sing-along Irish classics including Galway Girl, Tell Me Ma, The Irish Rover, Brown Eyed Girl, Seven Drunken Nights and Whiskey in the Jar, Wild Rover and Molly Malone.
