A hub for unpaid carers in Mansfield is hosting an open afternoon that anyone can drop-in to this Friday, 9th June.

The Nottinghamshire Carers Hub Open Afternoon will run from 2.30pm to 5pm at the Carers Hub, 54a Nottingham Road, Mansfield, as part of Carers Week – an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK.

Tea, coffee and cake will be on offer and staff from Nottinghamshire Carers Hub will be available to offer advice about the support available across Nottinghamshire for unpaid carers.

The Nottinghamshire Carers Hub is run by the charity TuVida, which  supports thousands of unpaid young and adult carers across the UK every year.
