On arrival we will have an initial consultation to establish the style you require but also taking into consideration the life style of yourself and your pet and the manageability of the groom afterwards.  We will also discuss any pre-existing conditions and personality quirks I should know about. We will fill in a groom record card noting any lumps or bumps and keep this record updated on every visit. It is recommended that your pet is up to date with all inoculations and parasite treatments.
