Circus comes to Palace Theatre

THREE shows offering a wide variety of entertainment are coming to the Palace Theatre, Mansfield, in March.

They are the Moscow State Circus with Park Gorkogo, Sex In Suburbia and Songbird — The Music of Eva Cassidy.

The circus production, on Tuesday, 10th and Wednesday, 11th March, is set in the mystical centre of Moscow’s cultural and artistic quarter, Park Gorkogo.

Superstar clowns will invite the audience to see magnificent feats of human achievement, surrounded by a multitude of flying, back-flipping, juggling and rollerskating performers in a stunning family show.

Sex In Surburbia on Tuesday, 17th is a hit comedy starring co-writer Claire Sweeney about dating, men and finding Mr Right.
Penny Crowe is the host of a late-night radio phone-in and as Britain’s leading agony aunt, she takes calls about every date from hell and the occasional one from heaven.

The show features hit songs, including I’m Every Woman, I Want To Break Free and Somebody Else’s Guy.

A live band band supporting Sarah-Jane Buckley (pictured) and video footage are part of Songbird — The Music of Eva Cassidy on Saturday, 28th.

Tickets for all three shows are available from the box office, call 01623 633133 or go to www.mansfield.gov.uk/palacetheatre
