High note for charity thanks to choir

Posted onPosted on 15th Jul

Mansfield Male Voice Choir presented £1,500 to Tracey Crosby of Hetty’s Charity — part of the proceeds from its St George’s Day concert that also featured Alfreton’s Sonara Singers.

The Mansfield-based charity, which helps families affected by substance and alcohol abuse, was among the beneficiaries, together with Ukrainian refugees.

Choir president David Marriott, who works with Hetty’s, nominated the cause for support.
